The first General Session of the North Philippine Union Conference held at the Literature Ministry Seminary, Bugtong, Lipa City on December 6-8, 2010 elected the new administratiors and directors for the next quenquinnium (2011-2015).
Pastor Nepthali J. Mañez, who was previously the executive secretary of the NPUC, was elected as the new NPUC President; Dr. Francisco D. Gayoba, who led the ministers of the Union as secretary, was elected as the executive secretary.
In the news written by Irelyn Gabin, NPUC Mizpa editorial assistant, "the nominating committee has recommended Bro. Jacinto Adap as Treasurer subject to his acceptance. A call will be passed on Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division (SID), where he is serving as one of the associate treasurers. Meanwhile, Bro. Romero A. Daquila was elected Interim Treasurer."
Eng. Ruben Baron, CAA Adventist Church elder, in his comment on facebook said, "Congrats to our new leaders and I know that God installed them for their respective offices. God bless you all!"
During this General Session the delegates had also elected the directors of the NPUC. Here is the list of the directors who will serve the NPUC for five years:
