Themed “Excel Still More” the Central Luzon Conference gathered hundreds of Master Guides from its territory to have fellowship, consultations, setting of direction, prayer and study of God’s Word. This was held at CLC Cucueco Hall, 20 Governor Pascual Avenue, Potrero, Malabon City on April 2, 2011.
MG Arnel Gabin, the NPUC Youth director, shared the spiritual disciplines all Master Guides should have. That includes the study of God’s Word and Prayer. MG Reynaldo Cadapan, CLC Education director, shared his thoughts on Excel Still More in School Pathfindering. MG Lester Melanio, member of the CLC Youth council, presented the Youth Ministry Academy wherein the young people would be equipped as leaders of their local churches.
During the divine worship program, MG Francisco Gayoba, NPUC Executive secretary, presented clearly that Pathfindering was not only a program in the church but it was the discipleship program of the church.
In the afternoon, MG Josie Calera, led the attendees in learning pathfinder songs. Afterward, MG Leomer Batulayan, shared his expertise on Adventurer Club Ministry. Reviewing the history of Pathfindering MG Oseas Zamora, presented the importance of pathfindering in the local church.
Before the commitment service, MG Petronio Genebago, outlined the CLC direction for 2011-2015. MG Romeo Mangiliman delivered his commitment message and led the Master Guides in renewing their commitment to Excel Strill More in the Pathfinder Ministry of our church.
