It’s a one day activity where Area 3, 5 and 10 reported the different programs of their respective district. Pastor Israel Bacdayan, CLC Executive Secretary, in his message emphasized that “Christ Mission is Our Mission, and that the Mission of the Church is to: Preach the gospel, preach the three angels message. Preach the 28 fundamental beliefs and to preach a Christ-centered message where discipleship is the tool to fulfill this Mission, and when we do this mission we have the power of Christ”. Brother Angel Tolentino, the CLC Treasurer in his lecture, “Fund for Mission”, gave a background on the proceeds of tithes and offerings from the local churches to the General Conference. He made mention “God requires a tithe of all our increase but not for himself. He takes that tithe and puts it to work for our salvation! That is the way He sends missionaries to carry the gospel story. The guest speaker Pastor Gideon Durante, Ph.D with his message: “Making Christ’s Mission Alive”, gave importance on “small group as a tool of this Great Mission in which if the church wants to finish God’s work or bring the good news of salvation, the church should use discipleship for instead of focusing on the number of baptism, this will teach us on how to be disciples of Christ after baptism.”

He presented the five year plan for this department and the significant of the Ingathering program in the churches and communities.
