"A child's glory is his father." Proverbs 17:6b (TLB)

There are many ways to measure success; not the least of which is the way your child describes you when talking to a friend.

Bulacan evangelistic meetings yield 22 souls

Twenty-two new members were added to the Seventh-day Adventist church through the evangelistic meetings in San Jose, San Miguel, Bulacan on March 16-28.

The evangelistic meetings were sponsored and financed by the Nicolas family who are now based in the  United States of America.

As part of the evangelistic campaign, a medical rally, led by the Manila Adventist Medical Colleges (MAMC) School of Nursing, was held in Brgy. San Jose, San Miguel Bulacan on March 16. This assisted almost a thousand patients and gave free reading glasses before the two-week public preaching of Pastor Romeo T. Mangiliman, North Philippine Union Mission (NPUM) Communication director and Pastor Geronimo M. Viernes, Jr., district pastor of North Bulacan II.

“Hulog kayo ng langit sa akin dahil kung hindi sa libreng opera ay hindi maaalis ang bukol ko,” Rafaela dela Cruz, a 58 year- old woman, thankfully said. (You are heaven-sent to me because if not for your free operation, my cyst would have not been excised.)

“Masaya ako dahil nagkaroon ako ng reading glasses; salamat talaga sa grupo ng mga Adventist,” Brgy.Tanod Chief Arturo Tionson said. (I am happy because I now have reading glasses; I really thank the group of Adventists.)

According to one resident of Brgy. San Jose, they are thankful because people from their place learn about God.

Pre-Intern John Tolentino, Bible interest coordinator; Hazel N. Viernes, health lecturer; Camias Church Children department; and San Ildefonso Church assisted in the continuance of the campaign.
