October 6 marked a challenging day for the Central Luzon Conference Amazing Grace Media Productions (CLCAGMP) team when Hope Philippines tasked them to do their field work from scriptwriting, shooting to live TV broadcast.
The three groups formed from 22 delegates, headed to their chosen locations to apply what they have learned so far and gain actual experience on TV production.

The Amazing Grace Media Productions (AGMP) volunteers perform different TV production roles through the simulation of Dynamic Youth the night of October 6. The delegates learned how a live TV broadcast actually goes.
One group canned a documentary reality TV titled "The Making of a Making" which floats the bonding and equipping objectives of the on-going training.
Liz Ballad, "The Making of a Making" scriptwriter said, "We were able to experience both [bonding and equipping] while producing the material.
Dan Dalida, a Marilou Diaz Abaya Film Institute (MADAFI) scholar, led his group in making a documentary on life and living in SPUC titled "Journey."
"I dream of making it great as an artist," Dalida with his experience and ability said. "But for the benefit of this training with the little time that we have, what's more important is to show something that is actually a produce of teamwork and a chance to those who are new and are sting trying to learn."
Another group took footages for a documentary on the SPUC Garden Church showcasing its intricate details and conducted an interview with its church pastor, Paterno Diaz.
This group's scriptwriter, Ais Talavera said, "We felt challenged by the task, yet we stand empowered by the training that the staff of Hope Channel Philippines here in Cagayan de Oro provided us."
By night, Hope Channel Philippines technical man Johnster Joe Calibud facilitated the familiarization of delegates with different production departments and equipment.
Most exciting for the delegates was the simulation of the "Dynamic Youth" program where each of the delegates was assigned a responsibility from hosting to technical and artistic posts.

To encourage the volunteers, Pastor Ron Genebago, CLC communication director, shared three principles that made Paul focus on his ministry despite challenges.
"Paul knew that he was nothing but God was everything," said Genebago. "Paul knew what happened inside mattered more than what happened outside."
Genebago added during the evening worship that Paul knew the difference between a moment and eternity.
The day was not entirely gruelling with the challenge of ‘equipping' as Pastors Jonathan Catolico, Southern Asia Pacific Division (SSD) communication director and Nelson Paulo, South Philippine Union Conference (SPUC) communication director, accompanied the delegates and Hope Channel Philippines personnel to a ‘bonding' dinner in Panagatan a famed seafood beach restaurant in Opol, Misamis Oriental.
