VISION:

“An Army of Youth who, in the context of the last day events of the closing scenes of earth’s history,

are deeply committed to a loving and saving relationship with CHRIST,

are prayerfully nurtured and equipped in the CHURCH according to their spiritual gifts; and

are joyfully and wholeheartedly reaching COMMUNITIES through various means that will bring thousands of souls in God’s kingdom.”

A. REACH UP

a. YOU Turn to Him(Bring them in through bridging events)

b. YOU Think of Him(Build them up in spiritual disciplines: prayers, SOP reading, and Bible study)

c. YOU Thank Him(Bring them into a meaningful worship)

B. REACH ACROSS

a. YOU Together with Him(Bring them in a saving Christian fellowship)

b. YOU Train by Him(Train them how to minister using their God-given gifts)

c. YOU Teamwork for Him(Strengthen the local churches AY Ministries Leadership through a strong district, federation and conference support.)

C. REACH OUT

a. YOU Tell Him(Send them out to reach communities through various means in the power of the Holy Spirit)

b. YOU use Technology for Him(Use technology in reaching people)

c. YOU Trust Him(Entrust everything including the budget to God)
